The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public on-site meeting on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 1:15PM at 15 Sunset Lane, Eastham, MA pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Mass. Department of Environmental Protection on-site review of request for superseding Order of Conditions for DEP file No. SE 19-1520 for Notice of Intent filed by EKG Properties for installation of a rock revetment and reconstruction and relocation of beach access stairway at property located at 15 Sunset Lane, Map 13, Parcel 138.
